Jonathan Fashbaugh

Jonathan Fashbaugh, President
Over a decade ago, Jonathan Fashbaugh fell in love with dentistry and helping dentists attract new patients through effective marketing strategies.
Jonathan holds a degree in Digital Media Arts from Full Sail University (1999). He worked for another agency in the Denver area, honing his skills, learning about SEO, and designing and updating websites before transferring to the account management department and ultimately sales. His passion for dentistry coupled with marketing led to the launch of his own marketing company 2010, later rebranded as Pro Impressions Marketing.
In 2020, he became a StoryBrand Certified Guide. StoryBrand (now known as Business Made Simple), promotes marketing techniques that help brands clarify their messages, thereby better growing their business. Jonathan now uses his new knowledge to help dentists clarify their message, stand out from their competitors, and get more patients.
In addition to writing countless articles on the Pro Impressions Marketing blog, Jonathan has written for myriad websites and publications like Ortho Tribune, Dental Sleep Practice magazine, and Inside Dentistry, including an article entitled, What Big Brands Can Teach Us About Dental Marketing. He was interviewed by the Academy of General Dentistry’s AGD Impact in March 2011 in their cover story Obstructive Sleep Apnea: The Dentist’s Role in Diagnosis and Treatment to help contribute his expertise in how dentists can market dental sleep treatment.
Jonathan enjoys teaching about dental marketing. He has lectured at LVI Global and Niche Practice Seminars.
In May 2020, Jonathan spoke at the International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics virtual conference entitled From Teeth to Toes, speaking on marketing recovery following the COVID-19 pandemic, and again in 2022 with a talk entitled Removing Roadblocks to New Patient Growth.
In 2021, Jonathan launched Marketing Chairside, a podcast where he and other dental experts share marketing tips about dental websites, social media, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, and more.
He has appeared on other podcasts as a guest speaker and can be contacted for podcast interviews and live speaking engagements here.
Jonathan is thankful to be working at his dream job and to be able to help dentists succeed at their dream job at the same time. In addition to his daily duties as president of Pro Impressions Marketing, Jonathan is writing a marketing book and is working with Dr. Mchenry Lee as his writing partner on the upcoming patient education book entitled You Can Be TMD Free.

Hi, I’m Nicole; When I’m not helping dentists improve their marketing strategies, I enjoy cooking and interior design. I reside on the east coast with my college football coach husband and our two children, dog Flint and cat Oliver. We are the quintessential football family, and our weekends are almost always spent on the field!
My family has owned and operated dental practices in PA, and I have years of experience sitting chairside & front desk. I joined the Pro Impressions team to utilize my dental expertise differently. I still get to assist dentists, but with much less composite resin!

When I’m not at work, you can find me outside exploring mountain tops, jumping in alpine lakes, camping, and gardening. I live in northern Colorado with my husband, two dogs, and two cats. I’m a free spirit and love living life to the fullest!

Hey there! I’m the Copywriter at Pro Impressions Marketing. Originally from Minneapolis, MN, I now call St. Petersburg, FL home. I graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and earned my B.A. in Communication Studies.
As a Copywriter, my role is multi-faceted. I specialize in creating compelling copy that resonates with our audience and ranks well on search engines. My responsibilities range from crafting website pages and articles to developing email campaigns and video scripts. I also conduct comprehensive research to ensure the content we deliver is accurate and tailored to our client’s needs. The constant challenge keeps me engaged in my work—meeting tight deadlines, exceeding targets, and contributing to our team’s collaborative spirit.
Off the clock, I will likely be found playing hockey, catching a football game, or diving into a good book. I also value spending time with my friends, girlfriend, and family, as it offers a different kind of narrative that’s equally important to me.

Hi, I’m Tisa (pronounced like Lisa). I’ve always had a natural talent for organization, and a meticulous eye for detail, which helps with keeping client accounts in pristine condition and their needs always in the forefront.
Beyond my professional life, I’m an avid book reader, there’s something about mystery and FBI thrillers that really captivates me. You can always find me with a book in one hand and a steaming cup of coffee in the other, completely lost in the pages of a gripping story. (I have a great story regarding how lost I can get in a book, I’ll share with you sometime)
My love for adventure doesn’t stop at books; I thrive on exploring new places, immersing myself in diverse cultures, and taking in the beauty each location offers. I often travel with my best friend, we have a long list of places to go and have been steadily marking them off.
I love spending time with my daughter, we have some great travel memories we’ve made over the years. I especially love spending time with my granddaughter, where we have daily dance parties, pretend school sessions and she enjoys binging HGTV shows with me.

Hi, my name is Kyle, and I am located near Knoxville, TN where I was born and raised. As a Marketing Assistant, I offer various kinds of assistance to the Account Managers, such as data administration, report generation, content proofreading, and occasional client communication. I have degrees in Music Business (B.S.) and Philosophy (B.A., M.A.), and my work history consists primarily of marketing administration and formal instruction. I also have experience in sales, customer service, social media management, and digital content creation.
On a personal note, I love the outdoors, going to the gym, reading philosophy, and playing guitar. Before going to Ohio for grad school, I lived in the Nashville area for around ten years, playing and recording in various musical projects ranging from hard rock/heavy metal to jazz and R&B. I also taught guitar, bass, banjo, and ukulele for 5+ years and continue to instruct a few students via Zoom. In my spare time, I can be found lifting weights, playing video games, writing music, and working out philosophical ideas for potential publication.

Hi! My name is Cody Chrosniak and I’m the Director of Design at Pro Impressions. I’ve been with PIM since April 2017, working remotely from Clearwater, Florida, and I’ve really enjoyed developing my skills over the years designing user-centered websites for our clients.

Brian Herley, Senior Search Marketing Specialist at Pro Impressions has held many roles and responsibilities since joining the dental marketing agency back in November of 2013. I hold a number of Google certifications including; Google Ads Search, Google Display Search, Google Ads Video, Google Analytics Individual Qualification and Google My Business.
I have spent all of my professional life working in customer service and marketing so I understand how people think and work to please them. I really enjoy the company and the flexibility it allows working from home and the ability to still be a team but have co-workers all over the world.
In my personal life, I enjoy working out and staying healthy but my passion is my family. I have an amazing wife that I’ve been married to since 2009 and two beautiful pre-teen daughters. They keep us busy with sports and other extracurricular activities. I love to volunteer with the school district either by helping out in the classroom or serving on committees and boards to better serve the public school system.
