Pro Impressions Marketing provides online marketing services including website design, copywriting, social media marketing, search engine optimization, call tracking, and forum membership for collaboration between dentists. We manage Google My Business listings, always abiding by Google’s policies, and advise clients to know their rights in working with third parties on their Google profiles.

Return and Refund Policy
Pro Impressions Marketing begins working immediately on behalf of new members. Because Pro Impressions Marketing provides a service and not a product, and because services rendered cannot be un-rendered, we do not accept “returns” and all sales are final and non-refundable. If the balance of a fee paid to Pro Impressions Marketing has not yet been exhausted in labor, Pro Impressions Marketing will, at its own discretion, return the balance on the account. No charges are made to credit cards without prior written consent of customers.
Customers are not bound by any time-based term in a working relationship with Pro Impressions Marketing. Customers may terminate their relationship with Pro Impressions Marketing at any time, however, Pro Impressions Marketing requests 30 days written notice of such termination.
Ownership of a client’s website design, including text, images, data and domain(s) remains with the customer after termination. This includes blog posts written from scratch for the client’s use on their website and social media. Stock photography is purchased under royalty-free license for use online in perpetuity, even after termination/cancellation of services with Pro Impressions Marketing. Print license, if desired by the client must be purchased separately. WordPress is an open-source platform used under the GNU public license and as such, is not owned by Pro Impressions Marketing.
Our servers and server set-up practices are proprietary to Pro Impressions Marketing. We will not assist in setting up another server or installing a client’s website on another server should a client choose to leave us. They must find someone else to help them with this.
Clients can access Online Practice Center as long as they remain an active client, but if they discontinue Online Practice Center, or any of our other marketing packages, they will lose access to our marketing portal. They do not own Online Practice Center.
Ad Strategy and Management Policy
Pro Impressions Marketing works hard to develop highly effective ad strategies and uses tactics that represent proprietary intellectual property key to maintaining our place as the best digital ad agency in the dental industry. Consequently, we do not allow clients or third parties to access accounts that we create while managing their ads online, nor do we provide account access if a client leaves us. Clients who wish to manage their own ads or have another company take over ad management must use their own ad set-up and ad management skills to succeed.
We respect your privacy. Any information we collect from you, including your email address, will simply be used to send you the information you have requested. We will not give or sell your personal information to any unaffiliated third party. If you give us your email and permission to send more information, you may opt out of receiving any additional email messages at any time, by unsubscribing from our email list.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website by (1) identifying which parts of our site are most heavily used (2) to tailor site content to user needs and (3) to generate aggregate statistical reports. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that user sessions will be tracked, but the users will remain anonymous.
You need not provide Pro Impressions Marketing with personally identifying information (e.g., name, telephone number, email address, city and/or state of residence) as a condition of using our site. However, your failure to provide certain personally identifying information when asked will prevent certain features of the website from functioning or will prevent Pro Impressions Marketing from effectively responding to certain of your requests. The website will collect only that personally identifying information that you affirmatively provide in response to a direct request.
